Embracing the theme of “More Europe for everyone,” Eurowings, the German budget airline, has announced its plans to unveil a record-breaking 440 diverse routes for the upcoming summer season.
Whether it’s a beach vacation, sightseeing in European cities, or business meetings with business partners – there are the best connections for every travel reason in 2024.
For the upcoming summer, Eurowings is set to introduce an extensive network of 440 distinct routes. Notably, Mallorca emerges as a premier destination with a substantial increase in weekly flights compared to other locations. Passengers from the Czech Republic, particularly Prague, will enjoy the addition of exciting summer destinations such as Nice, Tallinn, and Valencia in 2024.
The airline has broadened its service offerings at major bases, now encompassing flights to over 150 destinations spanning across 39 countries.
Düsseldorf will serve as the hub for the most extensive array of direct destinations, featuring new flights such as thrice-weekly service to Florence, Italy, twice-weekly flights to Iasi, Romania, Tel Aviv, Israel, and Tangier, Morocco, along with once-weekly flights to Marrakesh, Morocco. Additionally, the schedule reveals an impressive frequency of up to 64 flights per week to Mallorca, Spain.
Operating from its Berlin base, Eurowings is set to offer an extensive selection of 32 direct destinations. The latest additions feature eleven weekly flights to Vienna, Austria, and Zurich, Switzerland (excluding Saturdays). Additionally, the airline will provide bi-weekly flights to Erbil, Iraq, as well as once-weekly services to Tivat, Montenegro, and Yerevan, Armenia.
Moreover, Eurowings will conduct flights to Mallorca on a frequency of 21 times per week.
Meanwhile, Eurowings has outlined 60 direct destinations from Hamburg. Noteworthy additions to the city’s flight roster encompass four weekly flights to Manchester, England, twice-weekly services to Jerez de la Frontera, Spain, and Erbil, Iraq, along with once-weekly flights to Zakynthos, Greece. Additionally, the airline is set to operate 42 weekly flights to Mallorca.
As per their itinerary, Eurowings will be facilitating flights from various German cities, such as Hanover, Cologne, Nuremberg, and Stuttgart.
A noteworthy highlight in Eurowings’ schedule is the remarkable frequency of flights to Mallorca in comparison to other destinations. Across all Eurowings bases, nearly 250 flights to Mallorca are scheduled each week.
In addition to serving German travelers, Eurowings has announced expanded flight options for passengers flying from Prague, Czechia, to several new destinations, including Nice, Tallinn, and Valencia in 2024.
In 2023, Eurowings successfully resumed pre-pandemic levels of activity by operating flights to 140 destinations across 39 countries, offering a choice of over 380 routes.
