Air India is set to launch a non-stop flight between Delhi and Amsterdam from June 11, 2023.
Air India has announced that it will be launching a non-stop flight between Delhi and Amsterdam from June 11, 2023. This new service will be operated four times a week using a Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft, which is configured with 18 fully flat seats in business class and 238 seats in economy class.
Flights will depart from Indira Gandhi International airport at 13:10 on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, arriving at Schiphol at 18:35. On the return journey, the flight will leave Amsterdam at 20:45, arriving back in Delhi at 07:55 the following day. With this new service, Air India will join Dutch flag carrier KLM on the route, providing passengers with more options for travel between India and Europe.
This new flight route will also increase Air India’s European network to 77 flights per week across eight cities. The airline recently moved its existing UK routes from Heathrow to Gatwick, which allowed them to free up capacity and increase frequencies on its Delhi-Heathrow and Mumbai-Heathrow services.
This new route is expected to boost trade and tourism between India and the Netherlands, providing a convenient and comfortable travel option for passengers. With its modern aircraft and comfortable seating options, Air India is well-equipped to provide a pleasant travel experience for its passengers on this new route.
