Starting from March 15th, 2023, Hong Kong Airlines has announced that it will be running four weekly flights to Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX). This marks the first time a Hong Kong airline will be operating on this route, while continuing to offer flights to Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK).

The enormous airport, renowned for its striking “starfish” design, was created by the architectural team of the late, celebrated female architect Zaha Hadid. The airport’s terminal building boasts a radial design aimed at reducing transfer distances and optimizing the use of various airport facilities.

Since its inception in 2006, Hong Kong Airlines has offered flights to 25 destinations throughout the Asia Pacific region. The airline currently has 89 interline agreements and 16 codeshare agreements with a variety of airline partners and ferry service providers. Hong Kong Airlines exclusively operates an Airbus fleet.
